    A control system for frequency conversion and power frequency switching of a high-voltage frequency converter comprises a high-voltage frequency converter, an input contactor KM1, a frequency conversion contactorKM3, a power frequency contactorKM4and a power frequency sampling module, wherein the high-voltage frequency converter isconnected with a power grid through the input contactor KM1; the high-voltage frequency converteris connected with a motor through the frequency conversion contactor KM3; the motorisconnected with the power grid through the power frequency contactor KM4; and the high-voltage frequency converter collects amplitude, frequency and phase of power frequency power grid voltage and current of the power frequency contactor KM4 through the power frequency sampling module. High voltage inverter can control the input contactorKM1, variable frequency contactorKM3and power frequency contactorKM4to realize the undisturbed switching of variable frequency switching power frequency. The implementation process is as follows:
     (1)The high voltage inverter collects the amplitude, frequency and phase signals of the power grid voltage and the current signal of the power frequency contactor KM4 through the power frequency sampling module;
    (2) Adjust the output voltage of the high-voltage inverter to be consistent with the grid voltage;

    (3) Attraction power frequency contactorKM4;
    (4) Judge the current of power frequency contactorKM4. If the current of power frequency contactorKM4is greater than the preset value, block the output of high voltage inverter;

    How undisturbed switching works

    Thedifference between the optical fibercommunication circuit1and the optical fiber communication circuit2is that the optical fiber communication circuit1is serial communication and periodically sends data; and the optical fiber communication circuit2 convertsthePWMsignal into an optical signal and sends the optical signal in real time to ensure that the main control system of the high voltage frequency converter can respond to current changes in time.
    When the high-voltage frequency converter receives a power-frequency signal, the main control system of the high-voltage frequency converter adjusts the output voltage of the high-voltage frequency converter to be consistent with the power-frequency grid voltage uploaded by the power-frequency sampling module; then the power-frequency contactor KM4 is attracted, and the current of the power-frequency contactor KM4 is judgedat the same time; whenthe current on the power-frequency contactor KM4 is detected to be greater than a preset value, the main control system judges that the power-frequency contactorKM4 has been switched off.
    Close, then block the output of the high voltage converter, stop; prevent the formation of circulating current between the high voltage converter and the power grid; disconnect the variable frequency contactor KM3 after the high voltage converter stops, and complete the frequency conversion process.
    Compared with the prior art, the scheme realizes the uninterrupted control process of frequency conversion switching of a motor to a power frequency power supply under the condition that an output reactor of a high-voltage frequency converter is not increased, solves the problem of impulse current to the motor under an off-line switching mode of frequency conversion to power frequency, and solves the problem that a reactor needs to be increased under an on-line switching mode of frequency conversion to power frequency.
